Ivybrook Farm

The Hunt family have a road named after them, that’s how long they have been in the area. This is a real family concern with Nick Hunt, the winemaker being supported in the cellardoor and function room by his parents and brother. The converted barn is a delight to spend some time in, an interesting artefact at every turn. It has taken some time to carefully and patiently restore the barn and it’s great to see so many old and interesting items that give this place so much character. They have even kept the old corrugated iron roof, augmenting it with clear sheeting over the top to keep the weather out. It’s very easy to spend a few hours here on a weekend when they serve some food and live music with their wine.
