As you walk up the path to this cellar door you are likely to hear laughter or the sounds of contented chatter. This is because there are many happy women who work here. 😀Is it my imagination or is the McLaren Vale wine region dominated by creative, friendly and very talented women? Here is another beautiful location to visit where you will be given some excellent service in the tasting room. The Fiano is one of my favourites! Every so often the good people here put on a ‘foodie function’ and stoke up the wood oven. I have experienced the ‘Porchetta Party’ and suffice to say you won’t need dinner afterwards. These events sell out quickly as locals book in too, they know the perfect way to spend a lazy afternoon.
